Pricing, answered
Tokens are the shared unit Echo uses to meter automation. 1 token = 1¢. A completed AI call uses 100 tokens, SMS or MMS uses 10, email uses 10, a completed form uses 5, an insurance or benefit check uses 50, and each Autopilot-enrolled patient uses 100. Calls, texts, email, forms, insurance checks, and autopilot all draw from the same monthly balance.
Two options: buy a top-up at your tier's overage rate, or upgrade to the next bundle. Top-ups are sold in $100 minimums and never replace your monthly commit; they're consumed after your included tokens are used up. Top-up tokens expire 12 months from purchase.
1,000 automation tokens (about 10 AI calls or 100 texts), 14 days, no credit card. Trials are sandbox-only: verified phone numbers only, no patient outreach, no EMR integration. The trial is to hear how Echo sounds; Starter and above are for using it on real patients with a signed BAA.
Flat per completed call (100 tokens) and per SMS (10 tokens). No per-minute meter. Failed calls (no-answer, busy, or voicemail dropped with under 10 seconds of conversation) aren't billed. Carrier passthrough fees (A2P 10DLC, MMS surcharges) are billed at cost.

Every system on our live integration roster (Open Dental, Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, Curve Dental, PrognoCIS, eClinicalWorks, Practice Fusion, NextGen Healthcare, Athena, Prompt, and Acuity Scheduling) is available on all paid plans with a one-time setup fee (PrognoCIS also carries the EMR vendor's per-practice fees). Custom integrations for systems not yet on the roster are scoped under Enterprise during onboarding, alongside security review and a custom MSA.
